As an Access Field Head, you will lead the development and execution of innovative market access strategies that maximize patient access, strengthen value propositions, and support sustainable access to Novartis therapies across priority markets. In this strategic leadership role, you will partner closely with Therapeutic Area (TA) teams, Clinical Launch Strategy (CLS), Pricing, Medical Affairs, Development, Biomedical Research, and country organizations to shape integrated access strategies, optimize payer evidence generation, and ensure successful reimbursement and access outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.…
