Unilabs is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Corporate Real Estate to lead our real estate portfolio and ensure optimal utilization and management of our properties across multiple locations. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the real estate strategy, including acquisitions, leasing, property development, and facility management. Key Responsibilities: Establish an aligned real estate strategy and direct all global real estate portfolio activities, including lease administration, strategic planning and forecasting of renewals, expirations, projects, FM Collaborate with key leaders to ensure the real estate portfolio is aligned with Unilabs’ overall strategy in all aspects of site selections, acquisitions, and dispositions…
