Role Overview: As a member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will play a crucial role in promoting company services directly to clients, ensuring seamless activation and ongoing support for merchants on field. Key Responsibilities: Promote the company services by visiting clients’ premises; Assist merchants with verification and activation processes; Monitor and analyze portfolio performance; Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers; Engage in both system-scheduled and self-initiated activities; Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration; Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage; Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope; Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling…
