NewCo Reference Job Your Role and Responsibilities Lead test bench operations and coordinate R&D testing activities, ensuring continuous availability and compliance with ABB Wind product validation requirements. Report test bench operational status to PC&V on a regular basis. Supervise the creation and maintenance of operation and maintenance manuals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the test bench (availability, functionality, performance). Manage test bench rental and expansion proposals, including billing oversight. Coordinate subcontractor engagement for test bench modifications (in collaboration with PC) Train test bench operators on technical specifications, bench limitations, and test requirements. Provide technical troubleshooting support during test execution.…
