The Position What will your main responsibilities be? You will provide direct support to the People Relations team in the day-to-day management of the employee lifecycle and collective labour relations, collaborating in the following areas: Internal advisory: Support the resolution of employee queries related to the collective bargaining agreement, employment rights, leave policies, vacation entitlements, and Spanish labour legislation. Employee and labour relations: Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for Employee Representatives (Works Council), labour inspections, and collective bargaining processes. Prepare meeting minutes and presentations related to employment and labour relations topics.…
