Desde Ferrovial Construcción precisamos incorporar un Becario/a para el área de talento en nuestras oficinas centrales situadas en Madrid. FUNCIONES: - Soporte y realización de procesos de selección de diferentes perfiles: publicación y gestión de ofertas, criba curricular, entrevistas y redacción de informes. - Colaboración en el desarrollo del programa de “Graduates” de Ferrovial: contacto con Universidades y Centros de Estudios para la gestión de convenios y anexos. - Interlocución con las diferentes Unidades de Negocio de Ferrovial en lo relativo a - Adquisición de Talento y Movilidad. - Colaboración en el proceso de onboarding y seguimiento de las nuevas incorporaciones.…
