Responsible for advising, mentoring and coaching leaders and teams in adopting agile principles and ways of working through collaboration, continuous improvement, learning and trust. YOUR CHALLENGE The Scrum Master facilitates the Scrum framework (SAFe), ensuring that the development team follows its principles and practices to deliver high-quality products efficiently. The role removes impediments, fosters collaboration, and promotes continuous improvement to enhance the team's overall performance and productivity and work closely with the Application Responsible (ARs) and technical leads of various apps.
