MISIÓN Asegurar la correcta implementación de nuevas funcionalidades en CRM Salesforce Servicing para mejorar la relación con clientes y distribuidores, trabajando de manera transversal con las áreas y departamentos impactados. Liderar la fase funcional de ejecución de proyectos en tiempo, calidad y coste, garantizando la visión de negocio y priorización del Product Backlog. Mantener un plan de releases, coordinar casos de prueba y apoyar en la gestión del cambio para facilitar la adopción de las soluciones.
