Strategic Analysis & Value Creation Analyze newly acquired companies to understand their business model, operational structure, and key value drivers. Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities during integration (revenue synergies, operational efficiencies, scalability improvements). Support the design and tracking of value creation roadmaps to ensure integration delivers measurable impact. Translate strategic objectives into structured action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
