The Global Medical Training Specialist, within the Global Medical Training and Field Capabilities organisation, will support the design, delivery and execution of high-quality learning and development initiatives for global and local medical teams. Working with therapeutic area and functional partners, you will translate learning needs into practical, engaging and compliant training solutions, coordinate delivery and continuously improve learner impact.
