Reporting to the Senior Director Medical Affairs Iberia, the Medical Director Dermatology Spain & Head of International Dermatology Medical Hub provides strategic and people leadership across two interconnected areas: the Spanish Dermatology Medical team and the International Dermatology Medical Hub. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Medical strategy and leadership · Define, align and execute the Dermatology Medical Affairs strategy and annual medical plan for Spain, ensuring clear objectives, priorities, resources, milestones and impact measures. · Provide medical and scientific leadership across the dermatology portfolio and lifecycle, translating unmet needs, evidence and stakeholder insights into actionable strategic priorities.…
