🔍 Buscamos un/a Affiliate Marketing Specialist para apoyar la gestión y crecimiento de programas de afiliación orientados a performance y adquisición. La persona trabajará con publishers, partners y plataformas de afiliación para maximizar resultados y detectar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento. 🚀 Desafíos del puesto: Gestión diaria de campañas y programas de afiliación. Relación y comunicación con publishers y partners. Búsqueda y captación de nuevos afiliados. Seguimiento y optimización de KPIs: CPA, ROAS, conversión, revenue, etc. Elaboración de informes de performance, deduplicación y análisis de resultados. Coordinación con equipos de Programmatic, SEM, Social y Analytics. Control de creatividades, promociones y tracking. Detección de oportunidades de escalado y optimización.…
