About The Role Marketing runs best when everyone is working to the same plan. As Marketing Planning, Operations & Admin Manager, you’ll own the planning rhythm, budget administration and team coordination that keep a large Marketing team aligned. You’ll report into Marketing Leadership and be the person the team relies on to know what’s happening, when, and what it costs. You’ll run the quarterly OKR cadence and the marketing calendar, manage budgets and the PO process, and look after team operations, from onboarding and the Learning & Development programme to offsites and events. You’ll also embed with teams such as Content, Product Marketing or Social Media to set up their operations or support a major launch.…
