Resumen del Puesto** Buscamos un/a Encargado/a de Obra Civil para supervisar y coordinar todas las fases de proyectos de construcción civil, asegurando la calidad, el cumplimiento de plazos y el presupuesto. Responsabilidades** * Supervisar y coordinar diariamente las actividades del personal y subcontratistas en la obra. * Garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas del proyecto y la normativa vigente. * Controlar la ejecución de los trabajos, asegurando la calidad de los materiales y los procesos constructivos. * Gestionar y optimizar los recursos (personal, maquinaria, materiales) asignados a la obra. * Realizar el seguimiento del cronograma de obra y reportar cualquier desviación.…
