El Analytical Service Manager (ASM) es el principal punto de contacto del cliente en relación con el laboratorio. Será responsable de validar los informes analíticos, asegurar que los resultados se reporten correctamente y a tiempo además de compartir información técnica y regulatoria con los clientes. Proporcionar apoyo al equipo de ventas en el proceso comercial cuando sea necesario. Responsabilidades principales: Participar en reuniones comerciales y en la negociación con prospectos o clientes. Apoyar al equipo de ventas en la preparación de propuestas técnicas. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y estrategias de retención con clientes existentes.
