En Universidad Europea buscamos incorporar un/a Facility Manager de Operaciones con una sólida visión técnica y capacidad de gestión integral. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento técnico y operativo de nuestros campus, liderando proyectos de mejora, renovación y crecimiento de espacios, siempre con foco en excelencia, sostenibilidad y eficiencia. Principales responsabilidades Gestión de servicios clave en campus (mantenimiento, limpieza, jardinería, etc.), optimizando KPIs y relación con proveedores. Coordinación de licitaciones y contratación de servicios, cumpliendo protocolos de compras. Supervisión de instalaciones y cumplimiento normativo (inspecciones, eficiencia, confort). Liderazgo de proyectos de construcción, ampliación, traslados o renovación de espacios.…
