Como Outlet Manager, serás responsable de supervisar y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los restaurantes en tu área o franja horaria, contribuyendo al éxito del hotel mediante la excelencia en el servicio y la satisfacción del cliente. Funciones: Controlar y asegurar del procedimiento de inventarios diario y mensuales de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería, centros de mesas, decorativos. Controlar y asegurar el procedimiento de mantenimiento preventivo, limpieza profunda, maquinaria del departamento de bares. Gestionar el costo asignado a su departamento. Cumplimiento del objetivo de ingreso por centro de consumo. Up-selling. Responsabilizarse de la operativa durante los Banquetes y/o Restaurante, asegurando la correcta preparación de las mesas.…
