Organiza y supervisa las actividades del personal de bares del hotel para garantizar una calidad óptima en el servicio ofrecido al cliente, el cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos, de calidad, clima laboral, desarrollo de personas y operativos del hotel. FUNCIONES: Velar por la implantación, en los bares del hotel, de la estrategia, normas y procedimientos de F&B de la compañía (productos, pedidos, estándares de servicio, SOP's). Velar por la implantación, en el hotel, de proyectos, programas, herramientas en base al nuevo escenario de F&B en la compañía. Comunicar necesidades operativas, herramientas, mejoras de producto y calidades al F&B Director Identificar y proponer mejoras que optimizan la eficiencia en los bares del hotel.…
