Tu futuro día a día Aprenderás todas las tareas propias de la gestión de un departamento de tienda: Acompañar a un/a manager en la gestión diaria del departamento, participando activamente en sus funciones clave. Revisar el plan comercial, analizando datos y contribuyendo en las acciones para alcanzar objetivos. Colaborar en reuniones estratégicas del equipo, fomentando la comunicación y la alineación con los objetivos del departamento. Participar en decisiones sobre pedidos y disposición del producto (visual merchandising), asegurando una presentación atractiva y eficaz de los productos. Dar soporte en el cumplimiento de normativas operativas, de seguridad y medio ambiente.…
