Como Assistant Manager trabajarás mano a mano con el Store Manager para liderar al equipo y garantizar una experiencia de compra excepcional en la tienda. Serás responsable de impulsar las ventas y optimizar el desempeño comercial mediante una planificación estratégica y una ejecución impecable en todas las áreas. Te asegurarás de que el stock esté siempre disponible y bien gestionado para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes, supervisando también la presentación visual de los productos para crear un entorno atractivo. Además, colaborarás en la planificación de tareas y horarios para que las personas estén siempre en el lugar correcto en el momento adecuado. En ausencia del Store Manager, asumirás su rol, liderando con eficacia las operaciones diarias de la tienda.…
