Precisamos incorporar un/a Contract Manager en nuestro equipo para importantes Obras Industriales ( Noroeste España) FUNCIONES: Gestión integral de los principales acuerdos del proyecto, asegurando el seguimiento y cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales durante la ejecución. Redacción y negociación de contratos de subcontratación, suministro y servicios, así como de sus posibles modificaciones, órdenes de cambio y reclamaciones, en coordinación con los departamentos Legal y de Gestión Contractual. Identificación, registro y seguimiento de eventos contractuales y notificaciones, garantizando la trazabilidad y el soporte documental necesario para la defensa de potenciales reclamaciones.…
