THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager for our Virtual Data Room (VDR), you'll lead the development of secure access, identity, and authentication capabilities that protect high-stakes M&A transactions. Your mission? To give investment bankers, advisors, corporate development teams, and other professionals involved in M&A deals fast, simple, and secure access to their data rooms. Your work will enable deal teams to onboard participants quickly, connect the VDR to their corporate identity systems, and trust that only the right people get access to sensitive content, allowing them to run more secure, efficient, and successful business transactions.
