Serás responsable de liderar el proceso de Gestión del Cambio TI, garantizando que todas las modificaciones en los sistemas e infraestructuras se analicen, planifiquen, aprueben y ejecuten minimizando riesgos e impactos sobre el negocio. Trabajarás estrechamente con equipos de Infraestructura, Aplicaciones, Operaciones, DevOps y proveedores para asegurar una gestión eficaz de los cambios, impulsando la calidad, la trazabilidad y la mejora continua del servicio. Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Change Management dentro de entornos IT. Certificación ITIL Foundation v4 o superior. Experiencia participando y coordinando CABs y procesos de aprobación de cambios. Experiencia en elaboración de métricas, reporting y seguimiento de KPIs.…
