En knowmad mood buscamos un/a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master con experiencia liderando equipos de desarrollo y una fuerte orientación al delivery, la mejora continua y la colaboración entre áreas. Buscamos una persona cercana a los equipos, proactiva y resolutiva, capaz de identificar bloqueos, gestionar dependencias y facilitar la coordinación entre Desarrollo, Producto y el resto de stakeholders, garantizando una entrega sostenible y predecible. ¿Qué harás? Liderar el delivery de equipos de desarrollo frontend, adaptando la forma de trabajo a entornos Scrum y Kanban. Facilitar ceremonias y dinámicas Agile que impulsen la eficiencia y la colaboración de los equipos. Realizar el seguimiento del flujo de trabajo, identificando riesgos, bloqueos, cuellos de botella y posibles desviaciones.…
