Key responsibilities Business discovery and requirements Act as the principal Business Analyst partner for assigned EP streams, working directly with Tech Leads, business sponsors, subject matter experts, and users throughout the delivery lifecycle. Identify operational pain points, user needs, process gaps, improvement opportunities, and use cases that warrant assessment. Plan and facilitate interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops that clarify current processes, business rules, constraints, desired outcomes, and affected users.
