Buscamos una persona que lidere la implantación y evolución de ServiceNow dentro del ámbito de IT Service Management (ITSM), combinando visión funcional, capacidad de coordinación y conocimiento técnico de la plataforma. Tendrá un papel clave en la definición del modelo de gobierno del repositorio corporativo de aplicaciones, garantizando la calidad, trazabilidad y mantenimiento de la información que soporta los servicios de TI. ¿Qué es lo que valoramos? Experiencia de al menos 5 años en: Experiencia demostrable en proyectos de implantación y evolución de ServiceNow. Conocimiento funcional y técnico de los módulos ITSM de ServiceNow. Experiencia en la gestión de CMDB, inventarios tecnológicos o repositorios corporativos de aplicaciones.…
