Job Description: RESPONSABILITIES Manage the operational performance, KPI achievement, and contract compliance of the waste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending in Getafe. Support in Office Services in Getafe. Cross-functional support to other general services and FMRE Spain service lines. The goal is to ensure efficiency, cost control, excellence in the employee experience, and continuous improvement. Main activities Waste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending in Getafe. Monitoring and improvement of KPIs (quality, satisfaction, incidents, service times, etc.). Supervision of contractual compliance and SLAs with suppliers. Analysis of consumption data, trends, and optimization opportunities.…
