We are looking for a Digital Product Manager specialised in CRO, experimentation and digital optimisation to join our Digital Product team. This is a hands-on Product role combining product management, analytics, CRO and basic technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will be able to identify opportunities, define and prioritise initiatives, run A/B tests and work closely with UX and Development to improve the ecommerce experience. The role requires basic front-end knowledge, particularly HTML, CSS and some JavaScript, to independently configure simple A/B tests, campaign content and small website changes.
