Liderar y coordinar la operativa diaria del departamento de Housekeeping Supervisar la limpieza, acondicionamiento y presentación de habitaciones y zonas comunes. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y marca. Organizar y optimizar la planificación diaria de habitaciones y tareas. Gestionar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de gobernantas, supervisoras y camareras de pisos. Elaborar cuadrantes, vacaciones, turnos y distribución de cargas de trabajo. Supervisar los niveles de productividad y eficiencia del departamento. Controlar los costes de personal y el presupuesto del área. Gestionar inventarios de lencería, uniformidad, amenities y productos de limpieza.…
