CRM Campaign Manager

About this job

Support the execution of lifecycle marketing programmes that move customers through the funnel: sign-up, KYC approval, first deposit (FTD), first trade (FTT), and ongoing trading activity. Work within the lifecycle function to build, deploy, and optimise CRM campaigns across email, push and other channels. The role combines campaign execution, journey build, QA, and performance tracking, ensuring communications are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. CRM campaigns are a key driver of activation and engagement, requiring close coordination with Lifecycle, Product, Data, Sales and Compliance teams.
