Buscamos incorporar un/a Responsable Técnico de Programa – Sistemas Radar, para participar en programas estratégicos de Defensa, actuando como referencia técnica del proyecto y contribuyendo a la definición y evolución de soluciones complejas asociadas a sistemas radar de última generación. La persona seleccionada desempeñará un papel clave en la toma de decisiones técnicas, garantizando el equilibrio entre prestaciones, coste, plazo, riesgos e industrialización durante todo el ciclo de vida del producto. 📍 Ubicación: Torrejón de Ardoz 💡 ¿Qué harás? • Liderar técnicamente el programa, actuando como referente de ingeniería ante clientes, socios industriales y equipos internos. • Definir y evolucionar la arquitectura del sistema y sus principales subsistemas.…
