About this job

R esponsable de todas las tareas administrativas y operativas del departamento. Es responsable de que las habitaciones y áreas públicas cumplan con los estándares del hotel y marca, se asegura que se implementen los procedimientos de limpieza. Realizar de manera cualificada y responsable la dirección, control y seguimiento del conjunto de tareas encomendadas por la Dirección. Ser responsable de la calidad del servicio ofrecido mediante las métricas de los portales de satisfacción del cliente y mistery guest. Garantizar la correcta utilización de las herramientas informáticas y aplicaciones puestas a disposición del hotel. Asegurar todas las operaciones de limpieza y de mantenimiento diarias de las habitaciones y de las áreas comunes. Coordinar las actividades del personal de limpieza.…
