Buscamos personas con pasión por la excelencia y el detalle, capaz de liderar la operativa de nuestros puntos de restauración, garantizando una experiencia gastronómica única y acorde a los estándares de lujo de la marca. Misión del puesto: Supervisar y coordinar la operativa diaria (restaurante, bar, room service, etc.). Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de sala, asegurando un alto nivel de servicio. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, imagen y servicio establecidos por MIM Hotels. Controlar costes, presupuestos y rentabilidad del departamento. Gestionar inventarios, pedidos y relación con proveedores.…
