Dependiendo de la Gobernanta, t u misión principal será la gestión y supervisión del servicio de limpieza y conservación de las zonas comunes y las habitaciones del hotel. ¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? Comprobar la lista de llegadas y salidas del día, chequeando las especificaciones relativas a cada una de ellas (supletoria, atenciones, etc.). así como las novedades relativas a cambios de habitación, llegadas imprevistas del día anterior, etc. Distribuir las tares del personal del departamento, en función de las llegadas y salidas de clientes. Comprobar la disponibilidad del material de limpieza y reposición de productos de limpieza. Revisar la dotación de ropa de habitación. Entregar la Hoja de Control de las Camareras de su Zona correspondiente.…
