Legal Counsel - Spain

About this job

Provide a full range of hands on legal services in support of Waymo’s success in Spain, including advising on a variety of legal matters associated with aspects of Waymo’s Spanish operations, providing legal advice and guidance on a variety of specific negotiations and advocacy initiatives in Spain, and handling Spanish related dispute resolutions. Provide strategic legal guidance to key cross-functional internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal, business, corporate strategy and governance issues relevant to Spain. Work closely with key partners such as public policy and public affairs, product counsels, regulatory counsels, communications, compliance, strategy, operations, and other Waymo teams to jointly develop and implement winning strategies, including representing Waymo in…
