Key information Team: Wholesale Gas and LNG Location: Madrid, Spain Experience level: +3 years Job type: hybrid Requirements: English B2 or higher + Bachelor's degree or higher. The team you are joining Wholesale Gas and LNG Legal Advisor will coordinate and manage negotiations of different kind of contractual agreement such us Master Sales and Purchases Agreements, EFET, Acuerdo Marco for the Spanish Gas Market, ISDAs, Services Agreements, LNG Confirmation Notices and other contractual documents, identifying risks while offering mitigating alternatives to the Wholesale Gas Trading business. The candidate for this position will obtain a broad knowledge of the growing LNG/Natural Gas Trading business, collaborating with different teams within Repsol and external counterparties.…
