Misión del puesto Proporcionar asesoramiento jurídico especializado en materia urbanística, regulatoria e inmobiliaria para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas del negocio y garantizar la viabilidad jurídica de los activos hoteleros, proyectos de expansión, operaciones corporativas e iniciativas de inversión del Grupo. Será responsable de identificar riesgos y oportunidades asociados a proyectos inmobiliarios y hoteleros, coordinar procesos de due diligence y estructuración legal, liderar la interlocución con asesores externos y administraciones públicas, y asegurar la adecuada protección jurídica de los intereses de la compañía en operaciones nacionales e internacionales. #LI-AC1 ¿Qué tendrás que hacer?…
