📄 JOB DESCRIPTION As the sole Legal Counsel for Germany and Austria and reporting to the General Counsel International, you will own all legal, commercial, and regulatory risks for the region (excluding tax and labor). Advising the German Country Manager and local leadership, you will draft and negotiate B2B commercial agreements (mainly product purchase, brandsplace, travel, and media), ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations (GPSR, pricing transparency/PAnDV, consumer protection), and handle local litigation. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will balance risk mitigation with business execution to drive Veepee's regional growth safely. 🎯 TASKS Lead and manage all legal aspects of Veepee’s operations in Germany and, secondarily, B2C operations in Austria.…
