Job Description & Summary En PwC Tax & Legal Services estamos buscando incorporar a un/a Associate en el equipo de New Law de nuestra oficina de Madrid, con 2 a 3 años de experiencia. Buscamos un perfil con inquietudes tecnológicas y experiencia en derecho mercantil. Se valorará experiencia en sector TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom). FUNCIONES: Asesoramiento societario (llevanza de secretarías, preparación y gestión de actas y reuniones de los órganos de gobierno, gestión con Notarías, Registros, etc) Asesoramientos en operaciones de compraventa de compañías y constitución / liquidación de todo tipo de entidades. Reestructuraciones societarias. Coordinación de tareas de asesoramiento mercantil recurrente.…
