¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? Área de RRHH: Publicación de ofertas de empleo, criba y clasificación Asistencia a entrevistas de selección y análisis de éstas. Selección de puestos base. Organización, asistencia y participación en las acciones de Formación impartidas. Asistencia a una o varias entrevistas de seguimiento de los Planes de Desarrollo en marcha. Apoyo en el reclutamiento y selección de alumnos en prácticas. Área de RRLL Contratación y tipos de contrato. Nóminas y cierre nóminas. Fin de la relación laboral: baja voluntaria, despido, fin contrato, excedencia… Prevención de riesgos laborales. Manejo del sistema interno SAP / Succes Factors: Altas y bajas de los nuevos colaboradores.…
