Job Description & Summary ¿Qué estamos buscando? En esta ocasión, queremos reforzar nuestro equipo de Banking & Finance con un profesional con experiencia de entre 3 a 5 años en el ámbito Financiero y Bancario realizando las siguientes funciones: Asesoramiento en contratos de financiación, incluyendo los relativos operaciones de financiación inmobiliaria, financiación de proyectos, financiaciones corporativas, refinanciaciones y reestructuraciones. Asesoramiento en los documentos de garantía asociados a las financiaciones, así como otros documentos relacionados (incluyendo derivados, acuerdos entre acreedores, cartas de comisiones, opiniones legales, etc.) Se valorará también experiencia en operaciones de compraventa de carteras de deuda y activos inmobiliarios.…
