THE ROLE Madrid is our European hub, and this is an execution seat, not a reporting one. You'll make sure money leaves the business correctly and arrives where it should: entries posted properly, payments on time, balances reconciled, and spend that doesn't earn its keep questioned early rather than explained later. You'll work with the Finance Lead, our hub managers and our external accountants in each market. You don't need to have done all of it before — you need to be the person who checks twice and says something when a number looks wrong. ur processes are still being written in some places, especially across markets.
