WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Experience & Background 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, Commercial Finance, Strategy Consulting (e.g., MBB), or CFO-track roles within fast-paced tech or marketplace environments. Full P&L Ownership & Modeling: Proven track record managing P&L economics, unit economics, and driving structured cost-reduction or growth strategies. Proven Problem Solving: Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and arrive at data-driven solutions using hypothesis-led approaches. Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of partnering with cross-functional leadership (Commercial, Ops, Product, GBS).
