The Role We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our growing Finance team in Barcelona. This is a hands-on position that will expose you to all the key processes of a high-impact Finance team in a B2B SaaS Fintech startup. You will take ownership of a broad range of day-to-day finance activities while helping us strengthen processes, controls, reporting and the overall quality of our financial information. This is not a purely transactional role. As the Finance function evolves, there will be significant opportunities to improve existing processes, automate recurring activities and take on broader responsibilities.
