Ejecutar y coordinar procesos de M&A en el sector financiero —desde el diseño de la estrategia hasta el cierre—, tomando control directo tanto de las funciones técnicas como de la coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares. Elaborar análisis estratégicos sectoriales que identifiquen tendencias competitivas, palancas de crecimiento inorgánico y oportunidades de posicionamiento en banca, seguros y gestión de activos. Construir valoraciones, tesis de inversión y modelos financieros, aportando criterio propio y espíritu crítico que a su vez permitan generar recomendaciones de valor en conversaciones con CEOs, Consejos de Administración e inversores.…
