As our Finance Process Excellence Manager, you are responsible for designing, standardizing, and optimizing core finance processes across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Master Data Management. You will lead a high-performing team, drive operational efficiency, and lay the foundation for automation and digital transformation initiatives. THE JOURNEY Establish process standards, best practices, and governance frameworks across the finance organization. Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies; develop targeted improvement roadmaps aligned with Finance Transformation strategy. Build a high-performing team culture focused on ownership, innovation, and operational excellence (currently 5-7 direct reports).…
