Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Hardware de Potencia para el Sector Aeronáutico en sus instalaciones de Zamudio. Su misión será diseñar y validar de hardware de potencia para sistemas de propulsión eléctrica y conversión de energía. En concreto, para el desarrollo de la etapa de potencia (power stage) asociada a inversores DC/AC para máquina eléctrica y convertidores DC/DC, incluyendo la selección de semiconductores (Si/SiC/GaN), magnetismos, sensórica asociada, diseño térmico y consideraciones de EMC/EMI desde fases tempranas.…
