The Role As a CRM Solutions Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and customer engagement. Your primary job is to turn user data and business questions into actionable insights and concrete improvements to how Fever retains and grows its global user base. You'll define customer segmentation frameworks, measure the impact of engagement initiatives, automate reporting, and help translate analytical findings into CRM strategies that the broader team executes. You won't just report numbers — you'll own the analytical layer that shapes what we do next.
