Queremos incorporar un/a profesional de Ingeniería con experiencia en Gestión de la Producción para unirse a proyectos de Defensa. 💡 ¿Qué harás? - Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones productivas diarias, asegurando el cumplimiento del plan de producción. - Gestionar y liderar equipos de trabajo en entorno industrial, organizando tareas, turnos y recursos. - Controlar el rendimiento de la producción mediante el seguimiento de KPIs e indicadores operativos. - Identificar desviaciones en los procesos productivos y proponer acciones correctivas. - Participar activamente en la implantación y mantenimiento de herramientas de mejora continua basadas en Lean Manufacturing.…
