About the Job We are looking for a strategic Engineering Lead to own our enterprise platform products as a business — connecting technology decisions to business outcomes. You will be the single point of accountability for the platform's direction, delivery commitments, budget, and value: translating business strategy into technical roadmaps, steering investment and cost-to-serve, and advising product and business leadership as a trusted consultant. You lead through influence, financial acumen, and stakeholder alignment — with enough technical depth to challenge architecture decisions and keep engineering honest.
